Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Do you exercise too much, or not enough? Do you spend your day thinking about when and what you can eat next? Do you miss out on social activities because of food?
As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. We will work to bring balance into your life so that being healthy is no longer a struggle. We will figure out how to achieve your goals in a way that gets you excited, motivates you, and inspires you!
